In compliance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and the Decree 101/2018 of the Valencian Government, the agency has compulsory Civil Liability and Insolvency Guarantee (Surety) insurances, which insure the agency's protection of travelers' funds and their repatriation in case of need.

2.3. Organizational responsibility

SUN-ZEN TRAVEL assumes the legal responsibility derived from the organization of package travel, guaranteeing the execution of the contracted services in accordance with the current regulations of consumer and user protection.

All contents of this website, including but not limited to:
