When you we respond.
We respect the right to disconnect - both yours and ours. These are our schedules:
- Mon - Fri 9:30 - 19:00
- Saturday 10:00 - 14:00
- Sunday We are resting
After hours you can still write to us - we will get back to you the next day. If it is urgent during your trip, you already have our emergency number.
What usually ask us.
How long will it take to get back to me?
Between a few hours and 24h on business days. If you write on a Friday afternoon, we will respond on Monday. We don't promise instant answers - we prefer to take the time to understand what you're looking for.
Can I call directly without a form?
Of course. The phone number is upstairs. If we don't pick you up on the first try, it's because we're in a meeting or attending to someone. We always return missed calls. You can also send us a WhatsApp and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What information do I send you at the first contact?
What you are clear about, and what you are not. It is useful for us to know: destination (even if only approximate), dates (even if flexible), how many people and what type of trip you are looking for. If you don't have any of that yet, that's fine too - we start at the beginning with you.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first conversation - whether by phone, email or video call - is always free of charge. If you finally contract a trip with us, all the planning work is included in the final price. If you decide not to sign up, that's fine. We will have given you useful information and that's it.
Do you work only with groups or also with individual trips?
Both. We have outlets for GROUP TRIPS (with fixed dates, small groups), customized tours (for couples, families or friends), retreats in Kerala y getaways in Spain. In the form above you can choose what you are interested in.
