B - 13\u00ba, 46980 Paterna (Valencia), Spain<\/p>\n        <p><strong>E-mail address<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@sunzentravel.com\">info@sunzentravel.com<\/a><\/p>\n        <p><strong>Legal status<\/strong>Travel Agency with Inscription N\u00ba CV-AVC002733-V in the Tourism Registry of the Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <p>It has the <em>Compulsory Civil Liability and Surety insurance<\/em> required by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 to guarantee insolvency and repatriation.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">02<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Scope and nature <em>of the services.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>SUN-ZEN TRAVEL acts as:<\/p>\n      \n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">2.1. Package Tour Operator<\/h3>\n      <p>When combined with at least <strong>two tourist services under a single contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">2.2. Intermediary<\/h3>\n      <p>When acting as a mediator in the contracting of <em>individual services<\/em> (flights, transportation or other independent services).<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">2.3. Travel arrangements<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Author Trips (Group):<\/strong> itineraries designed by the agency with specific programs.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Customized Trips:<\/strong> exclusive routes tailored to the traveler's specifications.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Retreats:<\/strong> experiences of well-being and personal growth.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">03<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Process <em>of contracting.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>The contracting is perfected by means of:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Acceptance of the proposed budget or itinerary.<\/li>\n        <li>Payment of the corresponding reservation deposit.<\/li>\n        <li>Written confirmation from SUN-ZEN TRAVEL.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Guaranteed delivery of <strong>all mandatory legal and pre-contractual information<\/strong> prior to any payment.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">04<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Structure and <em>payment milestones.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>The customer expressly assumes compliance with the following payment schedule according to the contracted modality:<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">4.1. Group Trips (Author Trips)<\/h3>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 1 - Place Reservation<\/h4>\n        <p>Fixed deposit of <strong>300 \u20ac<\/strong>, The purpose of the initial management and blocking of the seat. In accordance with the <em>Art. 103.a of the TRLGDCU<\/em>, The amount will not be refundable once negotiations with third parties or the technical design have been initiated.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 2 - Group Confirmation<\/h4>\n        <p>When the minimum group is reached, SUN-ZEN TRAVEL will formally notify its confirmation. From this notification, the client must <strong>pay the outstanding principal amount<\/strong> within the indicated period.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 3 - Final Settlement<\/h4>\n        <p>Full payment must be satisfied <strong>30 to 45 days prior to departure<\/strong>, The trip is a necessary condition for the final execution of the trip.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">4.2. Customized Trips (Tailor-made)<\/h3>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 1 - Design Depot<\/h4>\n        <p>Initial payment to start the technical design and detailed quotation. This amount will be deducted from the final price but <em>non-refundable if the customer withdraws<\/em> after delivery of the itinerary.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 2 - Formalization of Reservations<\/h4>\n        <p>Once the quotation is accepted, the customer will pay the stipulated percentage (<strong>usually between 30% and 50%<\/strong>) to proceed with the blocking and payment of flights and third party services.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"hito-card\">\n        <h4>Milestone 3 - Balance Payment<\/h4>\n        <p>The <strong>100% of the trip<\/strong> must be settled before delivery of the final documentation, according to the deadlines agreed upon in the customized quotation.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">05<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Law <em>of withdrawal.<\/em><\/h2>\n      \n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">5.1. Combined Trips<\/h3>\n      <p>In accordance with the <strong>Art. 103.l RDL 1\/2007<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal of 14 days <em>not applicable<\/em>. Termination is possible with penalty according to particular conditions.<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">5.2. Customized Services and Retreats<\/h3>\n      <p>Excluded from withdrawal (Art. 103.c RDL 1\/2007) because they are <strong>tailor-made services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">06<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Policy <em>cancellation.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">6.1. For the Traveler<\/h3>\n      <p>You will pay management fees, vendor penalties and non-refundable services (including those for <strong>300 \u20ac initial<\/strong> if any).<\/p>\n\n      <h3 class=\"legal-section-sub\">6.2. By the Agency (Minimum Group)<\/h3>\n      <p>Reimbursement of <strong>100%<\/strong>. Advance notice according to the duration of the trip:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Trips of more than 6 days:<\/strong> 20 days' notice.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Trips from 2 to 6 days:<\/strong> 7 days notice.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Trips of less than 2 days:<\/strong> 48 hours notice.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">07<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Modifications <em>and philosophy.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>The itineraries are <em>\u00abliving guides\u00bb<\/em>. Non-substantial modifications may be made for weather, safety or force majeure.<\/p>\n      <p>SUN-ZEN TRAVEL always guarantees <strong>equivalent or higher quality<\/strong> of the modified services.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">08<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Travel insurance <em>and risk assumption.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p><strong>Mandatory:<\/strong> medical, rescue and repatriation insurance.<\/p>\n      <p>The traveler declining the proposed insurance <em>assumes all expenses<\/em> medical, accidents or cancellations, exonerating SUN-ZEN TRAVEL of any economic claim derived from these concepts.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">09<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Responsibility <em>and intellectual property.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>SUN-ZEN TRAVEL responds according to its role (<strong>organizer or intermediary<\/strong>) under the limits of RDL 1\/2007.<\/li>\n        <li>Itineraries, dynamics and materials are the exclusive property of Antonio Pascual Gamero. Reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">10<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Behavior and <em>right of exclusion.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>SUN-ZEN TRAVEL may terminate the contract and request the abandonment of the trip to passengers that <strong>seriously alter the well-being of the group<\/strong> or disrespect coordinators or suppliers.<\/p>\n      <p>The excluded passenger <em>shall not be entitled to reimbursement<\/em> and will assume your return expenses.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"legal-section\">\n      <span class=\"legal-section-num\">11<\/span>\n      <h2 class=\"legal-section-title\">Protection <em>of data.<\/em><\/h2>\n      <p>Treatment in accordance with <strong>RGPD (EU 2016\/679)<\/strong>.
